5. Entry and Payment

• Paid entries must be completed via the website’s checkout or other valid payment routes.
• Each competition may specify a maximum number of entries per user.
• Duplicate accounts or automated entries will be disqualified without refund.
• Entry closes when the maximum ticket number is reached or at the published end date, whichever is sooner.

6. Free Entry Route

To enter for free, post a stamped letter to our business address including:

• Your full name, address, DOB, contact number, and email
• The name of the competition
• The correct answer to the qualifying question (if applicable)
   Bulk or hand-delivered entries are not accepted. Free entries must be received before the competition closes.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners are selected at random using a verified draw method.
• Each draw will be streamed live on our social media platforms within 48 hours of competition close.
• Entry lists and draw details will be available online.
• Winners must provide ID matching the entry details to claim the prize.

8. Prizes

• Prizes are clearly described on each competition page.
• No alternative prize or cash substitution unless a stated cash alternative is offered.
• Winners are responsible for collecting prizes unless otherwise arranged.
• Travel or booking prizes will be coordinated based on the winner's availability but are subject to availability and third-party conditions.

9. Refunds and Cancellations

• Entry fees are non-refundable unless:
• The competition is cancelled 
• The entry was submitted after the competition closed
• Duck Competitions reserves the right to cancel any competition at any time and refund all entry fees.

11. Disqualification and Fair Use
